What’s included:

The SMSTS course covers a wide number of health, safety and welfare topics associated with the management of construction sites. Working through the health and safety law we use real life case studies and incidents to bring law from the courtroom to the scenarios people find themselves in everyday on site.

Although the syllabus is fixed we adjust the learning to the individuals environments by inviting them to highlight their own projects and challenges and work through some of the day to day problems site managers face. HSRM Ltd trainers have worked in numerous construction projects such as civil engineering, shopfitting, hotel refurbishment, engineering factories and building and can adapt to reflect the delegates needs.

The course is supported by the delegate handbook, providing test questions similar to those in the final exam helping the delegates get back into the exam technique and constant support is provided in the form of a daily revision of points learned.

The delegates also have access to the impressive GE700 reference manuals. Six individual refence books of the highest quality that can be used during the course when carrying out the case studies and group work. The books are the delegates to own and keep and provides endless amounts of reference material for all of those times when uncertainty strikes. Giving the site manager the confidence he needs.

Our goal is not only will the delegate leave with the SMSTS certificate but also the confidence to operate as a site manager.
